Our Mission
Le Grand Voyages is dedicated to creating a community-funded travel incentive program that celebrates the valuable contributions of teachers and fosters a culture of appreciation for their immeasurable impact on society.
Therefore we proudly present, Revitalized, a 6-day/5-night experience curated to leave teachers feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and re-energized so they can return to their classrooms with a renewed passion, and enthusiasm to continue serving on the frontline for our youth.
On the 15th – 20th of July 2023, we will host our inaugural getaway where we will invite community-nominated teachers to escape their daily grind and embark on an unforgettable journey to the innately restorative, tropical paradise of Jamaica. We will feature each teacher throughout our campaign and platform to give community members the opportunity to express their appreciation and gratitude by contributing to a teacher’s travel package fund.
Together, we aim to create a culture that honors and supports those who shape the minds of the next generation.

Why Host Revitalized?
We designed our travel incentive program because of our belief in the profound impact travel has on our overall well-being.
Studies support that travel can reduce stress and increase happiness, satisfaction, cognitive function, and physical health. Travel also exposes us to new experiences, cultures, and perspectives that foster creativity, empathy, and personal growth.
Offering a travel incentive program is a powerful way to show teachers they are valued and appreciated, leading to greater loyalty, commitment, purpose, and passion. This is especially important considering 50% of teachers report high levels of stress and 58% experience mental health issues, which can cause absenteeism, low job satisfaction, and high turnover rates.
When teachers feel supported and valued, they remain motivated, proud, and committed, leading to stability and consistency in the classroom and better academic outcomes for students.
Investing in teachers not only benefits the teachers themselves, but also has a positive impact on their students, the school community, and ultimately, society as a whole. Therefore, programs like Revitalised are both the right and smart thing to do.
